S&P can provide expert application resources to back-fill short term needs
for specific projects or during resource shortages. We can also provide long
term solutions to for LIS / IS departments so that resolving staff issues will
not adversely effect department functionality. By providing consistent support,
Cerner clients can optimize internal resources and maximize the projects and
system enhancements, keeping your systems on the cutting edge of Cerner's
technology.
With the current shortage of Cerner Classic© knowledgeable resources,
S&P can provide expert Cerner resources that can be utilized to augment or
replace LIS / IS staff departments. Since S&P only employs experienced
healthcare staff, we are able to quickly step in and begin work. Many times, by
eliminating the need for staff training and the loss of work during the
learning curve, S&P becomes a very cost affective solution. S&P works
as a team on all projects so that our clients are not only receiving the
knowledge base of one resource, but that of the entire teams. This allows
S&P to work quicker and more efficiently, reducing the cost and time frame
to the client.
S&P can provide resources to trouble-shoot and resolve FSI (Foreign System
Interfaces) problems. We can monitor your interfaces to maintain the tables on
a day to day basis. S&P can train your staff to identify and isolate

S&P can provide on-site resources to install most lab instruments. We can
provide remote services so that you can concentrate on bringing the instrument
on-line. All Cerner database work, expected to be performed by the client, is
performed by S&P. Linearity and acceptance testing is performed by the
client.

Test Directory Maintenance:
S&P can provide resources to create new tests / procedures for reference
labs, new institutions, or hospital mergers. Another major area where new tests
need to be created are for miscellaneous tests. By creating specific procedures
for miscellaneous tests, it reduces the manual staff time to Order, Enter, and
Send-out these procedures.
S&P can provide PM services for long and short-term projects allowing your
staff to concentrate on the daily requirements to keep your system running. We
have expert project managers that have installed multi-system projects into
multi-institutional clients.
By utilizing S&P's Project Managers you can depend on S&P to get your
projects completed on-time and under budget. With S&P's contacts in the
vendor companies, we can leverage our relationships to move projects along. PM
services can be provided on a remote basis or we can provide on-site support.

S&P can provide remote and on-site resources for application and system
support. By working as a team, S&P can provide analysis and resolution for
application and system issues. With the current technology, S&P can dial
onto sites across the country and provide most services in a remote manner.
This reduces the cost of the services since we do not have to include travel or
living expenses. Since S&P has expert resources, with many years of
healthcare and Cerner experience, we are able to quickly identify and resolve
day to day issues, thus reducing downtime during system resolutions.

Management Reporting Services:
S&P has created a product that will allow you to extract utilization and
turn around time data out of Cerner in a user friendly front-end and report
format. By providing Ad Hoc and Operational reports, your management team can
pull the reports as needed, and also track them over many years. Your
department heads will be provided with monthly reports that are designed by
them and contain the data they require.
S&P can provide expert programming, on an "as needed" basis, allowing you
to better utilize your staff. With the complexity of the Cerner system, design,
creation, and implementation of complex programs can be extremely time
