    Andrew R. Splitz

Andrew Splitz, co-founder of S&P Consultants, has over 20 years of healthcare experience in both clinical support and technical operations and has served as president of the company for over ten years. A member of HIMSS and ASCP, Splitz has a unique ability to work with industry executives, healthcare leaders and end-users which enables him to effectively meet the strategic needs of his clients by allowing them to optimize the new technology in today's healthcare industry. A former CAP inspector and Supervisor of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) for Harvard Community Health Plan, Splitz served in the Army Reserves for 12 years where he honed his skills in laboratory certification. After graduating with honors at Massachusetts Bay Community College in Wellesley, Massachusetts with an MLT degree, Splitz furthered his education with a B.A. in Health Care Administration from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

   Steve Pratt

Over 20 years of experience in the Health Care Computing field, from programming through the management of a major Health Maintenance Organization's ancillary systems. Steve's skill set includes programming, technical project management, complex system design and production system management. Steve has worked for many years on the technical side of Clinical Systems Integration and Conversions, guiding many projects through programming and integration issue resolution to successful outcomes.
