Core Millennium Build
S&P can provide Client level resources to build and design Millennium system. Resources can provide these services on-site or on a remote basis, saving travel expenses. S&P has built multiple systems and has expertise to reduce your dependency on Cerner.
Capstone ® (ERM/ESM) Build
Enterprise Registration Management (ERM) maintains all person-related information.
This is the basis on which Cerner Millennium’s person-centric architecture is founded.
ERM is an online Admit-Discharge-Transfer (ADT) system for automating the workflow
and process of registration, admitting, transfers, and discharges in any clinical domain,
including hospitals, physician offices, and clinics.
Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) is an online information management system
that automates the appointment scheduling process by managing a single schedule
across your organization within a single or multi-facility setting.
S&P can provide Client level resources to help design and build Capstone ® Registration and Scheduling. This will help reduce the timeline and resources of the project. S&P can also work with the client's resources to help optimize the design, build and implementation.
Surginet ®& Anaesthesia Build
SurgiNet ® addresses the complex needs of the surgery department by providing a point-of-
care, patient-focused surgical information system that automates, organizes, and
streamlines workflow and managerial duties throughout one or more surgery facilities.
Documenting the medications used in the anesthesia process is a vital part of SurgiNet ®
Anaesthesia. The hospital formulary is defined in the database using the PharmNet ®
application. Integration is a key aspect in SurgiNet ® Anaesthesia design. SurgiNet ® Anaesthesia
uses several other applications such as SurgiNet ®, PharmNet ®, Orders and Scheduling.
S&P has strong resources in the SurgiNet ® and PharmNet ® applications to
assist in the design and build of a smoothly operating SurgiNet ®/Anaesthesia application.
RadNet ® Build
RadNet ® is an online, radiology information system that enables users to automate many
of the processes in the Radiology Department. RadNet ® can function independently or as
an integrated component of a larger Cerner system.
S&P has provided the resources to build multiple Radiology systems and has the knowledge and expertise to help design and build your system.
Pharmnet Build
PharmNet ® fully integrates with other clinical applications, automating
medication use across the entire spectrum of medication management.
PharmNet ® goes beyond automating basic pharmacy functions by providing for the
enterprise-wide management of pharmaceutical therapy critical to reducing risk in the
medication-use process. With PharmNet, ® pharmacies can take control of adverse
drug events, reduce pharmacy costs, and better manage health outcomes, all with a
cohesive, user-friendly application.
S&P has acted as primary resource and provided support for the design and build of several PharmNet systems, drawing on the expertise and knowledge of our staff to facilitate and optimize timelines.
Migration Services from current system to Millennium
(PathNet ®, Sunquest ®, Meditech ®, etc)
S&P has created multiple migration utilities to allow clients to extract data from current system and reduce the amount of manual build required in the Millennium system. By utilizing data from current legacy systems, project timelines and resources can be reduced while also keeping a consistency between the old and new system.
ePathLink ® Millennium Application build
S&P has provided the resources to build multiple ePathLink ® environments both for the Client and as Cerner analyst. We have the expert knowledge to help design the build so that it can optimize the data in the Classic Lab system, while reducing the timeline and resources for the project. Our expertise includes migration tools, data conversion into ePathLink ®, and historical uploads. All extremely important to optimize the application for the outreach market in your area.
OutReach ® Service Application build
S&P can provide Client level resources to help design and build the OutReach ® Service Application. This will help reduce the timeline and resources of the project. S&P can also work with the client's resources to help optimize the application and current workflow process to streamline and reduce the times and FTE required to process specimens and report out results.
Lab Management Application build
This application requires little manual build from the client. The application provides a standard set of reports that each client gets automatically. S&P can work with clients to help design and
build customized reports.
Client Services Application build
The Client Services ® application allows the Client Service department to automatically identify and address important issues. The application can be set up with multiple queues which allow the Client Service department to assign resources to queues according to priority. The OutReach ® Application can be set up to automatically populate the Problem queue so that resources can concentrate on those issues and allow the specimens to be processed immediately. S&P can work with the client to determine the best way to create the queues and the priority for each one. We can also work with the client to help re-design the department's current process to optimize the new system.
PathNet ® Application build
S&P can provide client's with expert Millennium build resources at reduced rates which will help reduce the cost of the project and also help to meet project timelines. We have multiple resources that have experience in building the PathNet ® application. All S&P resources are qualified Medical Technologists and can provide additional benefits translating current lab functions and procedures to the new Millennium system. S&P can also provide training to Lab staff reduce overall project cost and increasing application knowledge prior to go-live.
Millennium Blood Bank ® Application build
S&P can provide client's with expert Millennium Blood Bank ® build resources at reduced rates which will help reduce the cost of the project and also help to meet project timelines. We have multiple resources that have experience in building the PathNet Blood Bank ® application. All S&P resources are qualified Medical Technologists and can provide additional benefits translating current lab functions and procedures to the new Millennium system. S&P has also developed scripts to provide Unit and Integration testing. We can also provide FDA Validation testing once the system is tested and ready for live.
