What is a Migration?
Migration is the process of moving application functionality from one clinical application to another. We work with clients moving to Millennium© from both Cerner Classic© and other vendor applications in several clinical specialties.

- Facilitate contract negotiations on your behalf
- Perform a process review of your existing operations
- Identify and recommend all additional functionality available in your new Millennium
- Provide end-to-end project management, implementation, and Go-Live support for your migration project
- Perform data conversions with a variety of tools developed by S&P and experienced clinical staff to assist you in converting data out and into both Cerner Classic©(HNAC) and Millennium© (HNAM) environments, as well as other HIS environments
- S&P Consultants will also assist you and your managers to develop and modify management reports
